Mechanical Design Engineer

Eligibility

  • BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 1.5 years relevant industry experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Understanding and taking all design aspects from the concept to completion and ability to reproduce the same
  • Usage of experience & well balanced instincts in mechanical assemblies to enable on-field problem solving/rectification
  • A balanced approach with experience and instincts to improve and design highly optimized electro-mechanical systems
  • Involvement in both the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage

Key Activities to be performed

  • Develop / re-engineer concepts, designs, technologies & ideas for manufacturing world class products
  • Prototype development, testing, validation, vendor sourcing
  • Timely completion of various projects in terms of cost, features & quality of build
  • Providing continuous inputs for new products, technologies, methods, processes etc.


Key Competencies Required

  • Good experience & instincts in material selection
  • Extensive knowledge of machines & designs
  • Good conceptual clarity of latest design software

 

Logistics Field Service Technician

Eligibility

  • BE / Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year relevant industry experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Will provide training for users in maintenance of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) in the field, for small groups of trainees
  • Will perform maintenance and support tasks for the Training team, including light composite and electronics troubleshooting and repair
  • Will travel to different locations across India to conduct maintenance training, maintenance and support tasks for customers and training team
  • This will include the capability to show trainees how to troubleshoot equipment performance issues in the field
  • Will support test plans and prepare detailed post flight reports for customer and company
  • Will frequently consult with Training Specialist for clarification on specific training and maintenance needs
  • Will perform flight tests on UAVs and related equipment to ensure quality
  • Provide feedback to engineering and production teams on aircraft performance and problems
  • Prepares detailed post flight test reports
  • Will be located in Mumbai but some travel to isolated locations will be required. Due to out-of-area testing requirements, candidate must be available to work overtime
  • Will act as primary contact with customer and lead all flight acceptance test activity
  • Will lead Pre-acceptance flight test activity and support other operators during acceptance tests
